1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase a qualifying Bean to Cup coffee machine from paricipating retailers or the De'Longhi UK website between 3rd May 2021 and 13th June 2021.
2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be made by Midnight on 13th July 2021. Claims received after this date will not be accepted. Please note if your claim has been rejected and you need to re-submit any further details, this must be recieved by Midnight on 27th July 2021.
3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is being processed. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your gift from the date of the confirmation.
