1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase a De'longhi Bean to Cup Machine from participating retailers between 5th June 2019 and 17th July 2019.
2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be made by Midnight on 17th August 2019. Claims received after this date will not be accepted. Please note if your claim has been rejected and you need to re-submit any further details, this must be recieved by Midnight on 31st August 2019.
3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is being processed by Hay Hampers. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your gift from the date of the claim acceptance confirmation email.
4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
