1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who wish to return their De’Longhi coffee machine and have waited more than 30 days and no later than 100 days since their purchase date.
2. How and when do I get my cashback?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email containing details on how you can return your product and the date by which this must be returned. Once your product has been received you will be sent an email confirming that your cashback is on its way. Please allow up to 28 days to receive your cashback from the date of the promoters approval confirmation email.
3. I have not returned my product in time, can I claim again?
If you have missed the timeframe to return your product you can claim again using the link detailed in your product not returned email, provided you are still within 100 days of your purchase date. You can only claim again via this link.
4. I have not received my cashback, what should I do?
If you have not received your cashback in the time set out please contact us and we will look in to this for you.
5. I cannot locate the retailer I purchased my appliance from on the drop down list. Who can help?
Have you tried to type the name of your retailer in to the retailer search field on the claim form? If you are still unable to locate your retailer after trying this, please contact us.
